Fleet Operations Specialist

Played a key role in the Indonesian Pioneer Road Transport Service Support Program, overseeing DAMRI bus operations in 47 cities. This program focused on real-time GPS-based monitoring to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with project requirements.

  • Supervision & Verification: Supervised and verified the Surat Perintah Dinas Angkutan (SPDA) documents from the Ministry of Transportation. This ensured the smooth execution of the project and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Operational Support: Helped DAMRI achieve its goal of 100% RIT completion in all 47 cities, ensuring no discrepancies in RIT billing. My involvement directly contributed to optimizing bus schedules and meeting contractual obligations.
  • Web Tracking & Dashboard Management: Managed the web tracking application dashboard, providing stakeholders with real-time data insights. This system enhanced the monitoring process and improved decision making for efficient operations across the cities.
