supported the Commitment Making Officer (PPK) as a Project Support Officer

  • BRT planning and implementation discussions in five metropolitan areas: Bandung, Medan, Makassar, Semarang, and Surabaya.
  • Collaborated with ITDP Indonesia, GIZ, and other partners in urban transport development.
  • Prepared technical documentation: BRT Project Implementation Plans, Cost Estimates, Project timelines, Procurement Plans, and Feasibility Studies.
  • Managed the procurement of consultants by preparing Terms of Reference, Request for Proposals, and contracts.
  • Managed the World Bank’s STEP system for procurement tracking system and managed the SAKTI financial system for work plan implementation.
  • Oversaw general affairs functions, including procurement, inventory management, and budgeting for corporate facilities and assets.
